We gutted our living room and office this summer and in the process, designed a new home theatre system with a second zone for outdoor speakers, all connected to our cell phones. I wanted to make sure it got done exactly the way I wanted, and was open to new suggestions. Finding Wayne was instrumental in getting the job done the right way, and exceeded my expectations. Wayne went over and above on every step of the job. Right from the planning, pre-work and execution of the job, and made sure everything was done right. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy working with true professionals like Wayne. I have used other professionals in the past, but none of them would take the time, effort and smarts to make sure we got the full potential out of the products we purchased and owned. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the new system and home network with wifi all the way out at our pool which is a ways off. I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone for anything tech related. I had pretty ambitious hopes of what I wanted and after everything was finished, I said to myself, Where there's a will, there's a Wayne!

Simply the best, absolute perfection.Wayne was incredible. His attention to detail when mounting my 50 inch plasma and 5 speak system is like nothing I've ever seen from the others I've had come and go getting this new house together. Wayne did a clean install and concealed all wires beautifully for a price that simply cannot be be beat. He's pleasant and friendly, it's obvious he really enjoys taking care of his customers. Wayne is amazing. I had him come to pull one particular wire that I couldn't get myself, and he found a few other simple (for him, not me!) things that cleaned up my home theatre considerably. Had Wayne come out to run ethernet through the house. He did a great job finding the most economical way to provide wired connections where I needed them, and even recommended (and helped setup) a great mesh wifi system from tp-link. This system is geared more towards business, but is priced close to some of the mesh wifi kits you can buy. I think these tp-link wall plates look much cleaner, the app is easy to use to manage the network, and I'm really pleased with the performance so far - I just wish I could say the same for my ISP...I was especially appreciative of the time he took to discuss the best way to address my concerns, and how responsive he was via text and email while discussing the solution. He was able to run some speaker wire for my surround speakers while setting up the ethernet connection which was a great bit of efficiency!He had all the necessary parts ready on installation day, and not only was the installation high quality, he patched up any access points he needed to make and cleaned up everything once complete. For the work done, the price was very reasonable. On top of all this, I genuinely enjoyed chatting with him. My two young boys were interested in the work he was doing, and he even answered some of their questions! They've been asking when Wayne the internet guy" is coming back for a visit...I would highly recommend HomeSmartz and Wayne to anyone asking."

Being out in Northumberland County it was hard to find anyone that does home theatre installation. I found Wayne thru Google and sent him photos of what I was looking to do in my home and he responded quick and gave me his thoughts he planned everything by looking at photos I sent him of my basement. Installation was 2 days and me and the family are by far happy with the work and how everything turned out. It’s exactly how I pictured our home theatre to be and more. Super clean install. Wayne was great! Installed a smart thermostat for me on a bit of a complicated system that was also missing the dreaded “c” wire. He also installed a smart switch which I asked him to take a look at which was not apart of the original service request and did so without hesitation. Even cleaned up after with little shop vac he carries around. Took time to explain how to setup and use new toys and offered a few tips for future projects I was looking into. Thanks Wayne! Wayne came and installed our Google nest outdoor camera. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great time of finding the best location for our camera to capture the area of our house that we wanted. He also showed us how to use the camera and set up the zones we wanted. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any future installations that we may decide to do.
